A Rosemary Fig Spritz

Cocktail Ingredients

You will need:

– 3/4 cup chilled passion fruit juice
– 1/4 cup Aperól
– juice of one fresh lime
– 4 teaspoons of sugar
– one bottle of Prosecco
– rosemary 2 twigs, leave one for garnish
– fig for garnish (cut in half)
– ice

Combine all liquid ingredients and sugar into a pitcher
and whisk.
Muddle rosemary and combine with liquid.
Serve over ice in a glass of your choice.
Garnish cocktail with fig and rosemary twig.
